No. Neither the ZipHUB nor ZipHUB Pro support Power Delivery through the USB-C port. The USB-C port is a 10 Gbps data-only port. Continue to use your Surface Pro 7's dedicated Surface Connect charging port.

What is the adapter made of?
The ZipHUB Pro chassis is constructed of aluminum for durability and passive heat dissipation.

Does the USB-C port support video output?
No — the USB-C port is data only (10 Gbps). Video output is through the HDMI port at 4K @ 60 Hz.

What's the difference between the ZipHUB and ZipHUB Pro?
The ZipHUB Pro upgrades every port: HDMI goes from 4K@30Hz to 4K@60Hz, Ethernet from 10/100 to full Gigabit, and both USB-A and USB-C ports go from 5 Gbps to 10 Gbps.
