Does it support Thunderbolt 3 or Thunderbolt 4?
This is a USB 3.2 Gen 2 cable. It will pass data and power on Thunderbolt ports, but does not support Thunderbolt-specific high-bandwidth modes like external GPU or 40 Gbps transfers.
Why is the E-Chip important?
The E-Marker chip tells the host charger exactly what the cable can safely carry. Cables without an E-Chip can cause chargers to deliver wrong wattage, potentially damaging your device.
Is the data rate really 10 Gbps?
