It's not recommended. Mismatched voltage or amperage can damage the connected hub or dock. If the barrel connector shape differs, the PSU won't fit at all.
My product isn't in the variant list — can I still order a PSU?
Contact Juiced Systems customer support. Some older products have been discontinued and their PSUs may only be available through direct support rather than the store.
Is the PSU covered by warranty?
Yes. Replacement PSUs carry the standard 1-year Juiced Systems limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
What if my original PSU was damaged during warranty coverage?
If your hub or dock is still under its original 1-year warranty, contact customer support for warranty replacement before ordering a paid PSU.
