Which Surface models does the Optix fit?
The Optix is form-fit to Surface Pro 4, Surface Pro 5 (2017 model), and Surface Pro 6. It does not fit Surface Pro 7 or later (which use USB-C).

Can I use HDMI and Mini DisplayPort simultaneously?
No. The Optix routes one active video output at a time. Use whichever display port matches your monitor.

Does the Open Box Optix include a warranty?

Why is this Open Box instead of refurbished?
