What device will this adapter work with?
This adapter is specifically made for the Surface Laptop 3 and the new Surface Laptop Go. This unit DOES NOT work with any older model of the Surface Laptop (1 & 2). See the Juiced Systems CruzHUB for the older models.
How do I charge my laptop with this adapter in use?
To charge your laptop you must use your stock Surface Link charging cable.
Does the ImpactHUB support dual video output in extended mode?
Yes, the AceHUB is the only adapter available that supports dual video output in extend mode where both monitors support 4K @ 60 Hz resolution.
Does the USB-C port support data or power delivery?
No, the USB-C port only supports video output. The adapter will not support power delivery or data transfers via the USB-C port. You must use the USB-A port for data and the Surface Link port to charge your laptop.
