Domestic Shipping Policy

Juiced Systems offers free domestic shipping on orders over $25. Usual shipping method would be USPS First Class mail or USPS Priority mail. Typical shipping times vary from 1-5 days depending on the region. Products ship from California. You are more than welcome to upgrade your shipping for faster and more reliable shipping delivery times.

International Shipping Policy

Juiced Systems may offer free shipping for domestic and international orders. In some cases we are unable to offer free shipping due to extreme shipping costs depending on the region or country. Juiced Systems is not responsible for paying VAT or other foreign countries taxes and tariffs. Those costs will be passed onto the buyer. Our free standard international shipping method can take anywhere from 4-14 days (average) to be delivered pending on the region/country. It is also common for packages to be held by the destination's country's customs department. When packages are held in customs it is unknown how long it may take before being released to its final address. Please be patient as these matters are out of our control. If you have additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.


I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

Simply open a support ticket with us and include your order number and what item was missing. We will send out the missing item.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

Your product is under warranty and we will send out a replacement unit at no additional cost.


What is your return policy?

You may return the item ordered within 30 days of the invoice date. If you are looking for an exchange due to a defect or shipping issue, we will replace the unit which is under warranty. Most items fall under a one year warranty.

When can I expect my refund?

Once the returned item has been returned, we will check it back in and initiate the refund. You will receive an email confirmation that the refund has been applied to the credit card used to place the order.
